Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All Kaharagian sites and services operate first and foremost under the laws of the Principality of Kaharagia. By accessing these services, you acknowledge the primacy of Kaharagian law in matters concerning the governance, operation, and interpretation of these services.

The Principality of Kaharagia does not claim to replace, supersede, or override the legal authority of any external state over its own nationals or territory. Users remain subject to the laws of their own jurisdictions.

Where an external jurisdiction is implicated by reason of:

  • The physical location of hosting infrastructure
  • The operations of infrastructure providers
  • The location of a user
  • The necessity of enforcement action

disputes and enforcement matters shall fall under the jurisdiction designated by the Principality of Kaharagia, which may include courts of competent jurisdiction in England and Wales or such other jurisdiction as the Principality may determine appropriate to the circumstances.

This arrangement reflects practical reality and is stated as institutional policy, not as legal threat or adversarial posturing.
